Teaching Faculty Committee
TFC brings together Wayne State's full-time contingent faculty in order to address shared concerns about job security, compensation, merit review, work loads, service, and professional development. TFC membership is composed of all teaching faculty. TFC leadership is elected annually by its membership. TFC regularly hosts social events on and off campus to foster collegiality and to build professional networks through which to address the working conditions of contingent full time faculty at Wayne State.
