Faculty, Academic Staff and Students Together
HELP FUND THE FUND
Faculty, Academic Staff and Students Together (FASST) along with the WSU community can donate to help undergraduate students through emergency financial difficulties that arise, keeping them out of the classroom.
The Wayne Academic Union FASST Fund quickly gives out small emergency grants to help currently enrolled WSU undergraduate students cover essential costs that will help support their education.
Please be very specific about the most important financial emergency you have right now. We know you may have multiple things going on, but we would like to help with whatever is most urgent. Please keep in mind we are a SMALL fund run by volunteers. To help as many students as we can and to be as equitable as possible, we can only help you with exactly what you need right now. For example, if you have an electric bill for $282.73 and you can’t pay it, please request ONLY that amount.

The WAU FASST Fund is a member-driven and -administered mechanism for direct support to currently enrolled WSU undergraduate students whose financial insecurity compromises their ability to come to class or their class performance. The goal is to support members in identifying and assisting students in need without undue barriers.
