Next organizing training: Feb. 6th

Our next training will be Friday, February 6th from 9:30-1 in-person. We will also have a short pre-meeting for the training on Wednesday, February 4th from 4-5 PM online. This training is an opportunity for you to fight for better working conditions unit-by-unit in solidarity with your colleagues.

After the training, we will be working with you to organize your unit. Organizing fellows will: 

  • Attend one half-day training. You can RSVP for the training on Friday, Feb. 6th here. 

  • Complete 10 organizing conversations with members of your unit. You will plan these conversations during the training and complete the first few with the support of a coach. You will be compensated $200 for completing your conversations. 

  • Log your organizing conversations in a shared database. 

  • Attend our year end debrief retreat/banquet 

Your contribution is essential to fight back against attacks on higher ed at the state and federal level. Can we count on you to help us strengthen our union?
